LOUISIANA-MISSISSIPPI BICYCLE RACING ASSOCIATION
The Louisiana-Mississippi Bicycle Racing Association (LAMBRA) is an association of clubs that works together with USA Cycling as a District Association. LAMBRA coordinates event scheduling, assists event promoters, conducts an annual points series, and serves as the primary point of contact for members of USA Cycling in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi.

- Member Clubs
The LAMBRA Board is composed of representatives of all LAMBRA member clubs that have paid their annual LAMBRA dues. Organizations promoting USAC road events in Louisiana or Mississippi must be paid LAMBRA members in order for their events to receive LCCS designation, however membership in LAMBRA is not required in order to promote non-LCCS races, rides and other USAC events.

Organizations may become paid LAMBRA members by submitting a membership form along with the annual LAMBRA dues of $100.
- Financial Reports
LAMBRA is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt private foundation under section 501(c)3 of the tax code.
